Your Criteria:
It is critical for me, or any real estate agent, to know what your needs, style and desires are in order to find you the perfect property. Often times you may change many times during your search. Please send me as much feedback as possible. It will save so much time and heartache for everyone!
- Type of Property Desired: Single Family, Condo, Villa, Co-Op, Townhouse, Country Club, Beachfront, Boat Property, 55+ Active Adult, one or two story property. Commercial, etc.
- Occupancy: Primary, Secondary, Investment (Flip vs. Lease Out, Long term, Tax deduction)
- Location: What areas or communities are you interested in? What Lifestyle? Boating, beachfront, waterfront, downtown, dining, golf, tennis, Country Club. Don’t forget the 3 most important things in real estate: Location! Location! Location! Waterfront, View, Ocean Access, No Fixed Bridges
- Features desired in the property (i.e.: # beds, # baths, # floors, tile, carpet, floor plan, fully renovated, handyman special, pool, furnished, unfurnished, Turn-Key, hurricane glass, etc.)?
- Do you have any special needs? Pets/Yard, parking, boat dock (Size and Width)
- Features desired in the community (i.e.: active clubhouse, golf, tennis, indoor pool, fitness center, guard gate, etc.)
- Time frame for moving (Is there a sense of urgency, or just when you find the right property).
- How long have you been looking for a home and have you seen any that you really liked? If yes, what prevented you from buying it? Have you been working with any other agents?
- Do you qualify for a HOPA property (i.e.: 55+)? Hometown Heroes, VA, 1st Time Home Buyer?
- Is your present home for Sale, Lease, or is it under-contract? Do you need / want to sell it prior to buying a new Property? Are you needing to make your offer contingent on closing you current home?
- What are the things you can’t live without. Your “Must have.” Deal killers?
- Who will be living in the home?
